A) Public Notice
10.1 To ratify the administration's action placing a notice in the Wapakoneta Daily News on October 31, 2020, which read as follows: PUBLIC NOTICE: The Wapakoneta City School District Board of Education hereby gives public notice in accordance with Section 3307.353 and 3309.345 of the Ohio Revised Code that Todd Gerstner, who is currently employed by the Board of Education as a Maintenance Supervisor, will be retired and seeking re-employment with the Wapakoneta City School District in the same position following his service retirement. The Board of Education will hold a public meeting on the issue of re-employing the above-named individual at a meeting to be held on December 15, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. at the Board of Education Administration Office, 1102 Gardenia Drive, Wapakoneta, Ohio.

There being no further nominations, the President called for nominations to be closed and instructed the treasurer to call for a vote. At the conclusion of the vote, the Board President confirms that _____________ will be appointed as Representative to the Apollo Career Center Board of Education for a three-year period beginning January 1, 2021.
